1. The contest begins at 12:01 a.m. PDT on July 02, 2007 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PDT on September 1, 2007.
2. To enter, participant must be at least 18 years of age on entry date, a legal resident of the 50 United States and a current employee of Circuit City or CompUSA. Participants must also take Kensington’s Pop Quiz found at connected.kesington.com and score over 80%. Participants must register at [connected.kesington.com] and complete all fields in registration form to take the Pop Quiz. All registrants who score over 80% in the Pop Quiz will automatically be entered in random drawing to win prize. Determination of correct quiz answers will be made by Kensington, whose decisions are final. Only one entry per participant/e-mail address. Only a participant’s earliest entry will be accepted. Electronic entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of the entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
Employees of Kensington and its respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family or household members, are not eligible to win. Void wherever prohibited by federal, state or local laws.

4. Prizes will be awarded by random drawing held on or about September 15, 2007. Winners will be notified by e-mail or postal mail by September 30, 2007. Winner’s prize will be shipped to the address listed on the participant’s registration. Return of any prize as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner from among the remaining qualified entries. All prizes will be awarded.
5. By entering, each participant accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules and by the decision of the judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Kensington, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the web site or who is otherwise in violation of the rules. Taxes, license fees or other costs, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash redemption value. Participants consent to Kensington’s use of their names, likenesses, and state of residence for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Operation of this contest and the interpretation of these rules is governed by the laws of the United States and is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. All entries, intellectual property and information contained herein become the sole property of Kensington.
6. Kensington reserves the right to modify these rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the contest. Kensington is not responsible for any interruptions of the service or mechanical or technical failures of any sort, including but not limited to any condition caused by events beyond the control of Kensington that may cause the contest to be disrupted or corrupted, including computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failures of any sort. Kensington is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, damaged, mutilated, illegible, misdirected, incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete entry information, whether caused by participant or any other reason, or for any software, equipment or technical malfunctions or transmission or other errors. Mechanically reproduced, facsimile or photocopied entries are not eligible. Kensington reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the contest any time due to situations beyond its reasonable control that make the contest not capable of completion as planned, including, but not limited to, acts of God, compliance with governmental regulations, orders or instructions, fires, strikes, interruptions in service, mechanical or technical failures of any sort and factory shutdowns. In the event that the contest is cancelled or terminated, winners will be selected from the valid entries previously received. Any attempt by a participant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Kensington reserves the right to seek damages from any such participant to the fullest extent of the law.
7. All participants release Kensington, and its employees, directors, officers and agents, parent subsidiary and affiliated companies, advertising, publicity and promotion agencies from any and all claims or liability in connection with their participation in this promotion, or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize. Participants agree to hold harmless Kensington, and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies, officers, directors and employees from responsibility for damages, losses or injuries, including death or property damage, due in whole or part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this contest or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize.
